Tony earned technical certifications in residential and commercial electrical wiring from Wake Technical Community College and worked as an electrician apprentice with his father’s business, RST Electric, until 2010. In 2008, he married his high school sweetheart, Nichole. Tony served as an Infantryman after completing OSUT at Fort Moore, GA, and deployed to Afghanistan as a Tactical Explosives Detection Dog Handler. He has since served in Korea, Fort Stewart, and Fort Jackson. He is still an active-duty soldier and is currently an instructor at the Initial Military Training-Leadership School.
Tony and Nichole have two children, Scarlett and Hudson. Tony has served as the SVBC Building Supervisor since October 2024..
Tony is a skilled craftsman in many areas of the construction industry but specializes in electrical wiring as a master craftsman. He has overseen several key projects, including the playground safety railing, picnic table seating, Fellowship Center renovations, and the construction of the new conference room.
