SASS (Surviving Assault Standing Strong) Self Defense Class for women and teens. Cost is $15 for adults and free for high school students (age 14 and up).

Women are trained to use forsite to reduce risk, intuition to recognize danger, their voices to stand up for themselves and physical strength to back up that voice, should safety be threatened or violated.

Far more than self-defense class, this is a movement spanning generations and leading us into a world free from violence against women and girls, now and forever.
